Guest Services

Our Ushers provide a welcoming and excellent atmosphere for guests to enjoy our services.
Parking Team
The overall church experience begins in the parking lot. This team helps safely navigate our parking lot and greets our guests as they arrive.
Greeters are one of the first impressions a guest has when joining us at Freedom House. We get the opportunity to make an immediate impact. Greeters get to love on everyone as they come to service; opening doors, shaking hands, giving hugs and high fives.
Guest Central
The Guest Central team connects with First Time Guests making them feel welcome, answering any questions, and guiding them during their first visit.
Online Connection Team
This team equips those who are unable to physically walk through the doors of Freedom House. We greet, connect and answer questions ensuring our online attendees have the best experience.

Coffee Shoppe
This team provides a full service coffee shoppe experience for our guests. Creating a warm and friendly atmosphere of hospitality, you can serve as a barista/server. It is not required to have previous training, we’ll teach you all you need to know!
This team creatively provides snacks and treats for team members involved in our weekend service experiences and for our guests attending Get On Track.
Our SALT team helps equip people with resources and information for them to apply in their everyday lives. They also provide merchandise correlated with the latest Freedom House happenings.
Special Events
This team makes all of our Special Events happen. From the planning to execution, they set the table and create an excellent experience for our guests during holidays and church wide events.

Kids & Students

Our dedicated FH Kids team serves our children during weekend services. They share God’s message on a level that’s suitable to each age group. They serve kids ages 6 weeks – 6th grade.

A separate application and background check are required, since team members are responsible for our most precious gifts from God.

Vertical is our weekly student worship service. We provide a cutting-edge way for students to experience, encounter, and learn about God through weekly services, small groups, and dedicated LifeGroups.

A separate application and background check are required for this team, as team members are responsible for our most precious gifts from God and this team is committed to protecting these students, as well as loving them.

MVMNT “Movement” is the young adults ministry at Freedom House. This team creates an environment for young adults ages 18-29 to connect in community and experience God.

Worship & Creative

Production Team
The production team serves behind the scenes to facilitate our weekend services through various opportunities: sound, lighting, camera, lyrics & stage hands.
Worship Team
Our worship team leads the church by honoring God through music. It is made up of vocalists and musicians. These team members should have strong music inclinations, be proficient in playing their instrument, able to learn songs through listening and/or reading chord charts, and be adaptable/open to critique.

This is a leadership ministry, and members of this team should lead their lives as such, both on and off the platform. Application and audition are required.
