Guest Services

Greeters
Greeters are one of the first impressions that people have of Freedom House. We have the opportunity to make an immediate impact.

Actively and cheerfully greet guests as they enter the church.  Open doors, shake hands, give hugs and high fives, make eye contact, reaching each and every individual that comes through our doors.

Parking Team
The overall church experience begins in the parking lot. Rain or shine, this team ensures adequate parking space for who come to the church.  They help cars safely navigate our parking lot, manage the flow of traffic, and greet guests as they arrive.
Check-In
We strive to make all attendees and visitors feel welcomed, valued, and part of the Freedom House family. Our Check-in team is available to answer or filter questions and provide direction as needed to parents checking their children into FHKids for ministry time. These team members are located at the check in stations throughout the lobby, and they also help with first time registration of children into our FHKids program. It’s important that individuals serving on this team are comfortable talking to and greeting all guests in ways that are comfortable to the receiver.

A separate application and background check are required for this team, as team members are responsible for our most precious gifts from God and this team is committed to protecting these children, as well as loving them.

Ushers
Our ushers provide a welcoming first impression and atmosphere for visitors, greeting and seating them in an appropriate and orderly manner. Our ushers promote an atmosphere where all feel welcomed. It’s critical that they display a love for people.
Guest Central
This team helps create an atmosphere where those who walk through our doors feel as if they have come home. Here they can begin the journey of experiencing Christ’s freedom in their everyday lives. This team connects with first time guest at Guest Central, and stays with our new guests through their assimilation into the church.

Members meet guests at the front door, walk them through FHKids check in if needed, and escort them into the main auditorium for service. They answer questions and contribute to a welcoming experience. This team also conducts follow up contact with first-time guests, helping to answer their questions and getting them connected.

Online Connection Team
we equip those who would never walk in the doors of freedom house to experience Christ’s freedom everyday. We greet, connect and answer questions making sure our online attendees have the best online experience.

Worship & Creative

Production Team
The production team serves behind the scenes to facilitate our weekend services through various opportunities: sound, lighting, camera, lyrics & stage hands.
Worship Team
This team leads our congregation in honoring God through music, creating an atmosphere where people may experience God’s presence and are inspired to worship Him with all they are. Our worship team is made up of vocalist and musicians who own and are proficient with their own instruments. Team members should have strong music inclinations, be proficient in playing their instrument, quickly be able to learn songs through listening and/or reading chord charts, be adaptable, and be open to critique. This is a leadership ministry, and members of this team should live their lives as such, both on and off stage. Team members must have a genuine love for God and be comfortable leading others in their expression of this love. The ability to work with others is critical, as this team works not only in conjunction with other team members, but also with the pastors and stage speakers.
