QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL ROLES

Candidates should be personable and friendly, skilled with people, and lead with a passion for connecting people to their purpose. He/she should lead with compassion, enthusiasm, character and be able to competently assist with building and leading teams, and encouraging team work.

Qualifications include:

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Social Media.

  • Ability to assist with leading others, building teams.

  • Build and maintain healthy relationships.

  • Takes initiative, is self-motivated, positive, possesses good work ethic, able to take direction from supervisors, enthusiastic, goal oriented.

  • Experience with FHConnect, PCO requested.

  • Additional qualifications based on role may be required.
