Pastoral Care Guidelines

Please use the form below to report any pastoral care needs that you are made aware of.

Types of pastoral care needs to be reported immediately:

  • Hospitalization

  • Surgery/Procedures

  • Arrival of Baby

  • Death in Family

  • Suicidal Thoughts/Tendencies

Meal Train Guidelines

If someone in your group has a baby, is recovering from surgery or has a death in the family, please ask your group members provide a meal to the person or family. It is our heart to care for those in our groups and this is an opportunity to love and care for people well. Use the free service provided by www.mealtrain.com to build the meal train. You will need information from the recipient regarding what their needs are, contact info, requested drop off times and allergies. It is best to pull the meal train up prior to calling them so you can ask all the questions on the form and type it in. Please plan to provide meals every other day for two weeks as a standard.
